Founded and led by Norm W. Gardner, AACI, P.App., Vertex offers over 25 years of real estate experience across a wide spectrum of land use and valuation assignments.  Norm holds a Degree in Real Property Appraisal and Assessment from St. Francis Xavier University and was awarded the AACI designation by the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2004.   His professional background includes senior-level assignments with private firms and government agencies, as well as extensive volunteer service on the Appraisal Institute of Canada's Committee of Examiners.
